PT-2 Standard paper tube machine

PT-2 is standard 2 surround heads paper tube machine, this machine is designed to produce various kinds of paper tube from 15mm diameter to 100mm.
With the goal of helping customers save costs, improve efficiency and quality, so we have designed the machine with the following advantages: 

- Tolerance cut only 1 mm, PT-2 can online cutting finished without re-cut. 
- Tube spiral winding part can adjust the angle, this can make each layer of paper angle adjustment can be more easier and faster.
- Glue stand designed to glue can be coated evenly on both sides of paper, increase the adhesive of each paper layers and the paper tube achieve good hardness.
- Paper roll stand L type with hoist lifting, it help put on paper reels manipulate are faster, simultaneous with L shape design, it easy to replace the paper reel.
 

PT-2 also have online printing function (Optional function, can be order according customer requirement).
